A very snazzy board/chopper set, with a nice wooden chopping board and a good double-blade mezzaluna knife with a lurid "froggy green" soft-grip handle. Very easy and safe to use (great for kids in the kitchen). The chopping board also has a matching bowl-shaped indentation to match the rocking action of the included mezzaluna knife, as well as a flat area for regular knife use. The knife has a Gusto-Grip style handle, with antimicrobial protection molded permanently into the "super grippy" rubberised handle. Use with one hand or two for very easy and quick chopping of a variety of foods such as herbs, nuts, chocolate, spices, garlic and soft vegetables. Knife blade is approx. 6.5" long. Comes packed in a very nice full-colour gift box.
